York Citizens' Parking Badges
If you use a YCC Parking badge in order to get citizens' concessionary parking, you must notify the council if you change your car and provide a photostat of the Vehicle Registration Book to prove ownership. This is to prevent abuse of the privilege.
Separate rules apply to residents who use a company car. Ask YCC for details.
