Hi Ian i am the lead youth worker at Bishopthorpe youth club and i just wanted to say a personal thank you for your support we are trying to work with as many young people in the village as possible and support and advise plus give them fun and exciting things to do, This week is Bush tucker trials and games so if you see any young people hanging around please point them in our direction!!!!
There has (justifiably) been a lot of negative comment about young people recently.
It is good to hear something positive about them. We have good reason to be grateful to folk who give up their time to involve and encourage youngsters in useful activity and to make it fun for those involved.
