The Parish Council kindly pay for and provide a skip in Maple Avenue so we can all 'chuck out' those larger items that are too big to take to the Council's recycling/ rubbish facilities.
Look at the mess left here where I presume the skip has been 'over-filled'
I also am guessing that the skip has been emptied to its correct level before being taken away.
Is some common sense called for here?

The Parish Council are now arranging to have the site cleared and we will have to consider whether it is worth providing this service again.
