Aggressive behaviour against staff or other patients
We have a policy of zero tolerance as regards aggressive behaviour or abusive behaviour against staff or other patients in the surgery. Any person who behaves in this manner will be removed from our patient list.Posted by bishopthorpe at August 2, 2005 2:13 PM
