Draft designs published
Work has been completed on creating an outline design of the overall scheme. It was shown at the recent AGM of the Parish Council where villagers were able to see the scheme and discuss it with project team members. It is being displayed in the Library very soon - as soon as we can get suitable display boards - and you will be able to see for yourself.
The scheme is drawn up in general terms, and incorporates a revised road layout, a sensory garden and other 'greening', an improved Pinfold and a new village information board.
Below are outline images of the design - for a better and more detailed you can see the plans at the Bishopthorpe Gala on Saturday 30th July.
