3. Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 31st May 2006 (to be tabled)
4. Annual Report – Chair
5. Statement on Annual Accounts – Chair - in the absence of the Treasurer
6. Election of Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.
7. Any other Business.
